Not only are we beyond lucky to sell and sharpen the gorgeous knives that we do, we are also fortunate enough to be able to welcome three of our favourite knife makers to Toronto.
We're really excited to be able to share this experience with all of you.
Come hang out and have a beer with knife makers Shibata Takayuki, Yoshimi Kato, and Takumi Ikeda for an intimate meet and greet on Wednesday, July 18th at 5 pm.
Shibata Takayuki - Owner of Masakage knives, Kotetsu, and one of Japan's finest sharpeners
Takumi Ikeda - Young, talented blacksmith from Takefu. Responsible for his gorgeous Aogami Supers and Kotetsu line.
Yoshimi Kato - Son-in-law of master blacksmith Hiroshi Kato. Recently taken responsibility over multiple knife lines from his father - Masakage Koishi, VG-10, SG2 and many others.
