We are pleased to announce KNIFE's phase one of our re-opening. We are now currently open for sharpening at our Leslieville location. 12-4pm daily (Closed Wednesdays). Hope to see you all soon.

Although we aren't as active on social media / and our shops are closed, we are still always available via email.

Just a little update with our shop.
We are still closed until further notice, stay home everyone.
Our online shop is still going strong and we are proud to offer same day shipping.
We have seen many delays with Canada Post during this difficult time. More information on their current wait times / delays can be found here.
If you need your products quickly, we'd suggest choosing our curbside pick ups (weekdays at 1pm) please confirm your date and time to ensure our availability.
We are not sharpening at this time. We understand that many of you are cooking more than ever and we apologize. We will be honoring our "pay what you can" sharpening to all our industry friends affected by covid when we re-open.
We have many new blades still arriving and a few new surprises on their way. Hint** A Killer 240mm muSt have Gyuto!

Our dearest friends,
After careful consideration we have made the difficult decision to close our shops until further notice.
As many of you small business owners understand, this was not an easy decision, but the health and safety of our friends, family, and community far outweigh any sale.
The sooner we take the necessary steps together to flatten the curve, the sooner we'll be back and booming.
We will still be honouring our 'pay-what-you-can' sharpening program when we reopen for all of our industry friends.
Although our physical locations will be closed, we will still be very available via email, and most importantly our online shop.
