As we open our doors, we remain committed to offering our unique curation of the finest Japanese cutlery and coffee equipment available in the world, along with our mainstay 24 hour hand sharpening service.

We're also beyond excited to finally be able to offer our guests our take on pourover coffee at our soon to launch coffee bar - more on that coming soon! Events anyone?
