Native Coffee Company is a producer-led specialty coffee roastery built around a simple idea: challenge the ordinary. Rather than treating producers as suppliers, they build long-term partnerships with some of the world's most innovative coffee growers, including Diego Bermudez and the HACHI Project.
Native roasts at origin in Colombia and Panama, giving producers direct input into how their coffees are presented while sharing 10% of the roasted coffee profits back with them.
Their approach is rooted in freshness, science, and respect for the coffee itself. By roasting close to where the coffee is grown, Native is able to work with exceptionally fresh harvests while preserving the vibrant aromatics and natural character of each lot.
Many of the coffees showcase advanced processing techniques such as controlled anaerobic fermentation and thermal shock, where naturally occurring aromatic compounds within the coffee are carefully developed and retained—never through artificial flavorings or co-fermentation.
More than selling coffee, Native aims to reshape how specialty coffee is experienced. They believe the producer should be the star of the story, that great roasting should elevate rather than overshadow exceptional green coffee, and that every cup should reflect both innovation and origin.
