The Vintage Inox Hand Roaster is a fully manual, stainless steel drum roaster designed for direct heat use—gas flame, camp stove, even open fire. No electronics. No automation. Just heat, agitation, and attention.

Constructed from heavy-gauge inox (stainless steel), the cylindrical drum promotes even conductive and convective heat transfer. The internal chamber is sized for small-batch roasting—ideal for 50–150g of green coffee—allowing you to closely manage roast progression through sound (first crack), aroma, and color development.

The long handle keeps your hand clear of the heat source while providing continuous rotational control. Consistent turning is critical: it prevents scorching, promotes uniform bean expansion, and ensures balanced development across the batch.
