Ngera Washed
A refreshing and clean flavor reminiscent of orange blossoms. This coffee has the sweetness of honey and a light, refreshing taste reminiscent of tea.
The Ngera Washing Station is located in the gently rolling hills of the Ngera district in Nyargul Governorate, southern Rwanda.
Established in 2010, this relatively new station produces excellent coffee every year.
In addition to coffee cherries produced in the Ngela district of Nyargul province, we also process coffee cherries from four neighboring small-scale farms.
This area enjoys cool temperatures and consistent rainfall throughout the year, along with well-draining and water-retentive soil. The harvesting region reaches an altitude of up to 2,250 meters.
Benefiting from ideal climatic conditions that allow coffee cherries to ripen slowly over time, the Bourbon variety is harvested, boasting high sugar content and a vibrant, floral aroma.
You can fully experience the charm of Rwanda.
