Takeshi Saji R2 Black Damascus Petty 130mm - Blade Only

One of our favourite blacksmiths here at the shop is Takeshi Saji. Saji-san's knives are gorgeous.  Working out of his hamono in Takefu, Echizen. Saji-san uses R2 Powdered steel for these beauties. Although a little heavier than many of our blades, the comfort and balance of the knife feels natural in the hand.  With a rockwell hardness of around 63-64, these handmade beauties are designed and made for a lifetime of use.

We almost never get these knives in without handles. Experience the beauty and precision of Saji-san with a handle of your choosing.
