Hand crafted by artisan wood carver Ishii Koji. Carved from a single piece of Cherry wood and gently finished with food safe oil.

Available in two different sizes. Hand wash with water and mild detergent only. Dry immediately, store in a cool dry place. Periodic oiling with food grade tung / walnut or mineral oil will help preserve the life of this spoon.
