This class will cover proper knife handling, knife safety, choosing the appropriate knife and the importance of a sharp edge on delicate veg. Use one of our store knives or bring your own if you choose.
Daily fresh produce will be provided. Please bring a container / tupperware to take home your expertly cut veg! Rotating menus due to seasonal ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies prior to any class, thanks.

Chef Felicia has over 17 years experience in the culinary industry where she has learned and tuned her craft with some pretty damn good knife skills. She was also a competitor on the hit tv show Chopped Canada.
