This class will cover proper knife handling, knife safety, choosing the appropriate knife and the importance of a sharp edge on delicate veg. Use one of our store knives or bring your own if you choose.
Daily fresh produce will be provided. Please bring a container / tupperware to take home your expertly cut veg! Rotating menus due to seasonal ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies prior to any class, thanks.

Chef Andrew has over 8 years of cooking experience and has worked in a variety of hospitality settings. From magazine Canadian Living to corporate and private catering, Andrew has honed his skills over the years and is excited to pass on his knowledge of love of cooking.

Class space will be sanitized prior to the beginning of the class and hand sanitizer / hand washing stations will be provided.
