Kinboshi Bonsai Scissors - Long Legs



These are Bonsai shears. But we use them for smaller bones and fish butchery. Tough enough for most small butchery tasks such as fin snipping, wing tips, etc.  Make sure to wash and dry well. Carbon steel can rust if left unprotected and wet. Great for bonsai as well.
