In the highlands of Huila, Colombia, a story of resilience and passion unfolds at Finca El Rubí. Here, producer Heiner Lasso carries forward his family’s coffee legacy with unwavering dedication. Nestled between 1750 and 2000 meters above sea level, his pink bourbon lot is a shining example of tradition meeting innovation.

This pink bourbon is carefully processed using a washed method, followed by controlled drying on patios for 15 days. This meticulous approach brings out the coffee’s vibrant clarity and complexity, highlighting its unique character. In the cup, expect bright notes of orange, plum, berry, and a touch of brown sugar, weaving a flavor profile that’s both lively and sweetly balanced.

Their shared commitment goes beyond quality – it’s about uplifting their community and honoring the family tradition. Finca El Rubí stands as a testament to perseverance and innovation, contributing to Huila’s reputation as one of Colombia’s top specialty coffee regions.
