Founded in 2007, The Coffee Collective is to this day 100% owned and run by Peter N. Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and Klaus Thomsen. With several competition awards in the bag, including gold in both the World Barista Championship and the World Cup Tasting championships, we continue to explore exciting coffee experiences. 

The Coffee Collective stands as a trailblazer in Copenhagen’s specialty coffee scene, driven by a commitment to transparency, sustainability, and unparalleled quality. Reshad

Sweet and smooth. Aroma of dried apple, bergamot and milk chocolate.

Reshad Albuls is a young producer in Agaro, Jimma, who took over his family farm. With no electricity or water, he and six neighbouring farmers rely on natural processing methods, producing sweet, fruit-forward coffees. He is also experimenting with anaerobic naturals and honey processing. Our partnership began in 2023, and we are supporting his organic certification to expand opportunities for his high-quality coffees.
