Founded in 2007, The Coffee Collective is to this day 100% owned and run by Peter N. Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and Klaus Thomsen. With several competition awards in the bag, including gold in both the World Barista Championship and the World Cup Tasting championships, we continue to explore exciting coffee experiences. 

The Coffee Collective stands as a trailblazer in Copenhagen’s specialty coffee scene, driven by a commitment to transparency, sustainability, and unparalleled quality. The Farmer

The parents of the Enciso family, Wilson and Edith, have both grown up in traditionally Colombian coffee growing families. With their son, Wilson Eduardo, they have their own coffee farms now called Lusitania, La Isla and Villa Sofia. Here, we first bought their coffee in 2018.
