Classes for 2023 are now available to book!
Each class covers topics including selection and maintenance of stones and knives, knife steels, edge geometry, hand pressure and position, and proper bevel angles for both Japanese and Western kitchen knives.
Please inform us 48 hours prior to the class date of any cancellation to receive a refund. All no shows will be charged 100% of the class price. We appreciate your understanding.
Covid Safety Policy
To ensure safety for all participants and staff, masks are recommended but not mandatory. Class space will be sanitized prior to the beginning of the class and hand sanitizer / hand washing stations will be provided. Please do not attend if you are feeling sick or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for Covid. Thank you for your understanding.
