Green Brick of Joy #2000 Aotoshi by Naniwa

Naniwa Abrasive was founded in 1952 and produces some of the finest abrasion materials in Japan.  Due to their hardness and quick prep time, we think that these are some of the best synthetic whetstones on the market and we use them almost exclusively in our in house sharpening service.  

The "Green Brick of Joy" is the perfect stone for daily maintenance in busy kitchens due to its size / splash and go and effectively replaces honing steels.
