Kogu Shimomura | Thermometer

Don't guess it.

Some of the best brew recipes come from using the perfect temperature of water. It's easy to just boil and pour, but some beans require a little more attention to thermal detail with a precise thermometer.

A simple analog thermometer from Kogu Shimomura.

***Pro tip - For accurate results - never touch the tip of the thermometer to the bottom of the kettle or pot. Leave slightly suspended with the use of the included clip.***

Fits perfectly in the lid of the Kogu Pro Drip kettle - or with the clip on pretty much any other kettle on the market. Happy brewing.

Please note that this is an ANALOG thermometer. It will not read as precisely as a digital one. This is best used as a gauge / range for pre-boil. For exact results we recommend using a digital thermometer. But there is just something so nice about a simple dial that fits into your kettle. The screen will also fog up periodically - this is not a defect, as it will clear within a few minutes.
