Designed and handmade in Seki City. These set of four steak knives are some of the nicest we've seen.
Utilizing the popular AUS-10 steel, a great stainless, easy to maintain metal - these fairly stiff steak knives are great to use on ceramic and or wood to cut through even the most delicate of protein.
Although not always practical, we do recommend using these on a board to prolong its edge retention. But nothing like just some delicate cutting and care.
Please handle with care - even though they sit with your cutlery - dishwashers are not allowed. Hand wash to preserve their love forever.
