Takeshi Saji VG-10 Rainbow Sujihiki 240mm - Blade Only

One of our favourite blacksmiths here at the shop is Takeshi Saji.  Saji-san's knives are gorgeous.  Working out of his hamono in Takefu, Echizen. Saji-san, in our opinion has created one of the most beautiful knives we have ever seen. Layering copper, brass and stainless chromium over a VG-10 core has created an impressive style knife.  But like many other Saji knives, although these are works of art, still considered to be a great working tool, these gorgeous knives are made to be used. 

We almost never get these knives in without handles. Experience the beauty and precision of Saji-san with a handle of your choosing.
