Hatsukokoro Hayabusa VG-10 Tsuchime Damascus Gyuto 210mm

We've been big fans of the Hayabusa line since the moment they arrived and we are very excited to now have these great knives with our shop favourite VG-10.

Bubinga is very similar to rosewood, so much so that it is sometimes called African Rosewood. We're loving the look and feel of these new handles. 

This is a great multi purpose gyuto - stainless, robust, easy to maintain - classic. The 210mm Gyuto is the most versatile knife in your kit.

Please note, while sold as a 210mm the blade is closer to 215mm and may vary from knife to knife.
