We are proud to introduce this delicious coffee from Kanazawa, Japan.
This coffee has notes of dark cherry and chocolate, with a very thick body and sweet aftertaste. It's great for filter coffee and espresso.
Nsoga is a young AMCOS (producers' cooperative in Tanzania) founded in 2020. The group is made up of 326 producers who had previously been involved in coffee production in nearby cooperatives. The representative of AMCOS, Nsoga, is well-liked and it seems that many farmers are bringing in cherries. The facility is also well equipped with hardware such as water washing equipment, and produces coffee of a high quality that is hard to believe considering that the collective has only been in business for a few years. Tanzania has been attracting attention due to the high motivation of small to medium-sized producers and the remarkable improvement in quality in recent years.
