In order to bring out the original charm of the ingredients, Passage Coffee's baristas are particular about the entire process from coffee beans to turning them into 'coffee.'

Worka Sakaro

The Gedeb region is located in the southeastern most part of the Gedeo Zone east of Yirgacheffe, known as a producer of high-quality specialty coffee. Gedeb has an environment suitable for growing coffee, with coffee planted on 1/4 of the land. This lot, completed only with fully ripe cherries, produces an amazingly complex and clean taste.
