We are happy to introduce to Toronto - ONIBUS.

ONIBUS comes from the Portuguese word for 'public bus,' a bus for everyone. From stop to stop, the onibus connects people each day. We have named our shop ONIBUS because we serve coffee with the same spirit. Every day with each cup we bring people together.
La Palestina
This coffee comes from a lot purchased in September 2025 from the La Palestina farm. It has a floral, tea-like mouthfeel with a bright acidity reminiscent of citrus fruits. You can also taste the juiciness of Muscat grapes.
The Alarcon family cultivates the coffee in a rich natural environment at an altitude of 1800m.
After 36 hours of fermentation, the beans are carefully washed three times with clean water to achieve a clean taste free of impurities. In addition to coffee cultivation, the farm also engages in beekeeping on its grounds, which are home to a wide variety of plants and animals, and is committed to preserving the habitat for these creatures.
