The graycano dripper is the first dripper made out of cast-in-place aluminum with a food safe, easy-to-clean coating.

The dripper takes advantage of the low heat capacity of the aluminum - quickly reaching a high temperature and maintaining it throughout the whole brew process - while not allowing your coffee to directly touch the metal, keeping the aroma and flavor "pure and untouched". Through this thermal dynamic, the fruity and flowery notes of the coffee are intensely accentuated.

The V-shaped structure - Lava Ribs - is designed to help you get the most out of your coffee.

The spiral form and position of the ribs reinforce the natural flow of the water. The structure is designed to break any air and water channel that might form. The water is allowed to freely flow between the gaps of the V's and break these channels. Resulting in an evenly wet coffee bed - assuring an even extraction.

Through the asymmetric ribs, the water self agitates and this agitation allows for a more intense flavour extraction and body of the coffee.

Where it All Started

Graycano started with a simple idea at a kitchen table in 2020: create a coffee experience that’s built to last and meant to be savored. What began as a rough sketch of a dripper soon evolved into a mission much bigger than brewing. In the midst of a fast-paced world, founders Felix Brügmann and Nicole Chabot envisioned a way to slow down and “brew the moment”, turning a daily cup of coffee into a mindful ritual. From that first doodle to the polished brewers of today, Graycano’s story is one of ambition, heart, and a pinch of humor. Proving that with passion (and lots of coffee), anything is possible. What they created became the Graycano Dripper: a cast aluminum brewer coated in food-safe silicone. Built for quick preheat, rock-solid temperature stability, and better flavor in the cup. Clean, durable, and unlike anything else out there. But even that wasn’t enough.

The dripper is sold on its own (without a sleeve). Although totally usable without, the Graycano does get extremely hot and the sleeve helps protect your hands. Also it just looks fantastic with one.
