The Farmer
Silvia Herrera is a second generation coffee farmer and daughter of a founding member of the local coffee-grower's coop: Union de Ejidos y Comunidades San Fernando.
From a young age, Silvia saw the positive impact that community work brings to coffee growing. Ever since, she has been promoting collective actions on a local and regional scale.
