This class will cover proper knife handling, knife safety, choosing the appropriate knife and the importance of a sharp edge on delicate veg. Use one of our store knives or bring your own if you choose.
Daily fresh produce will be provided. Please bring a container / tupperware to take home your expertly cut veg! Rotating menus due to seasonal ingredients. Please inform us of any allergies prior to any class, thanks.
Cancellation Policy
Please inform us at least 48 hours prior to the class date of any cancellation to receive a refund. All no shows will be charged 100% of the class price. No exceptions. We appreciate your understanding.

Our dear long time friend Chef Felicia Alberti comes to us with 15+ years of culinary experience. She is currently the Manager of Culinary Events Operations at the AGO where she oversees dozens of cooks and chefs on a daily basis. We are blessed to be able to have her as our resident skills chef.
