Founded in 2020 and based in Ottawa, we roast, deliver and brew delectable specialty coffee directly from friends in Costa Rica + Colombia.
The company came to life through connections formed naturally through travel and adventure.
Those connections are the heart and soul of LULO and we aim to pass a little of the adventure on in each coffee and cup we serve.
We're passionate about quality - importing each coffee fresh from the farm and roasting in small, precise batches.
We believe that the best coffees come from a supply chain in which everyone is stoked to be a part of it, and we are happy to offer you just that.
La Gran Aventura Natural Anaerobic Castillo - Peaks Series
Big, bright and simply beautiful. Expressive passion fruit, concord grape and just a medley of purple fruits. In fact, it's almost impossible not to think of a purple freezie when experiencing this gem. Sweet chocolate makes up the finish to balance the blend of sweet citric acidities.
LULO breaks down their roasts into three distinct series: Peaks, Pillars, and Bedrock.
The Peaks Series is fun, fruity, and floral. Peaks are the coffees that make cups sparkle.
Coming from the very same farms (sometimes varieties) as the Pillar coffees, Peaks are where the talented people we work with really find their style and expression with bespoke varieties and nuanced, thorough processing.
