The Farmer
The Casallas family consists of the mother Olimpa Torrés, the father Don Jaime and their son Jaime Andres. Together they have the farm, El Prado. The farm is located in a valley and the coffee fields stretch from their house at the bottom and all the way up the mountainsides.
We've worked with the Casallas family for 13 years and they continue to impress us with their deep understanding of the craftsmanship and the innovative way of thinking, is what makes their coffee outstanding.
