With Italian heritage and Nordic design tones - the collar is a welcome piece of coffee kit for any kitchen.
Similar to a moka pot - the Stelton collar makes great tasting stove top espresso with style.
Use on electric / gas stove tops for best results. Use caution on gas, as to not wear the finish or burn the wooden handle. Focus heat as directly as possible on the base.
Does not work on induction.
Hand wash only for best results.
