We love Yukihira pots; they're versatile, fast cooking, and attractive. We have never been fans of cheap stainless or aluminum like some many versions out there.
We have been very impressed with everything from Shimomura and are already very excited to use these new Yukihira pots.
This particular Yukihira is made with straighter, higher walls and includes a matching lid.
