We love tempura and we love a well made deep frying pot.
This iron pot has a thickness of 3.2mm, making it the perfect material for heating oil to high temperatures and frying up all your favourite foods.
The iron is coated with a food-safe silicone resin to protect the surface while in use. This coating will disappear over time.
To ensure a well protected and seasoned surface, hand wash only and apply a thin layer of neutral cooking oil after drying.
Can be used on most stoves, including gas, electric, and induction.
Do not use this pot for anything other than frying in oil.
