Kamenoko Tawashi - Karukaya Root Brush

A wicked wrapped root brush for fast cleaning of cast iron woks and other non-detergent items.  Best used while wok is still hot. Other abrasive brushes tend to scrub off the natural seasoning of the wok while this guy gently cleans it without the use of harsh chemicals. Made from the root of Karukaya grass a type of kangaroo grass found in Japan. This is the souped up version of the chinatown $3 bamboo whisks.
