Moribashi Chopsticks are used for plating. Precise tips on the ends make it easy to place delicate garnishes on plates and perfect for picking sashimi up for plating. These moribashi utilize magnolia wood, used for its comfort and ease of maintenance. The handles will darken over time. Make sure to wash and dry after each use.
Due to the handmade nature of the Buffalo Horn ferrule, each pair has a unique colour. Contact us for more info.
