Tsutomu Kajiwara is a third generation blacksmith from Tosa Japan. Located in the Kochi region of Japan on the southern isaland of Shikoku. He uses traditional methods to produce knives of great value. Incredible edge retention and easy to sharpen, these beautiful blue steel knives are worth the extra maintenance required to keep them in top performing shape. We are pleased to be able to offer these handmade knives to you.
