These don't come around very often. In fact, these are the last four (set) in house and we won't be receiving any more until Christmas 2019.
Any good steak - and even nicer knife - deserves to be sliced on something softer, such as a cutting board. Included with these stunning knives are a set of handmade hickory serving plates from our good friends over at Ted Tables, so you and your guests have a beautifully functional board to cut your steak on. It would be a shame to ruin the edges on a ceramic plate. Also included are mini resting pieces to show them off to your guests.
Although these are VG-10 stainless blades, please care for accordingly. No dishwasher, hand wash and dry only.
