Takeshi Saji SRS - 13 Gyuto 240mm

Takeshi Saji, the master at it again.

These gorgeous knives are made with Saji san's incredible SRS-13 stainless steel. These knives feature stunning reddish pakka wood handles with a stainless steel end cap. We love that Saji san plays around with his handles. These feel beautifully light and smooth in the hand.

Sometimes you just need a big mother of a knife. 

Although stainless, please always hand wash only.
