Thank you Toshi-san.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eFinca La Riviera \u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eLocated on the slopes of the central Andes in Pereira, Risaralda Department, Colombia, La Riviera has been cultivating coffee for three generations, preserving tradition while actively incorporating advanced fermentation techniques.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cb\u003e'Purple Passion'\u003c\/b\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003ePurple Passion is an infused lot using Castillo and Caturra. It features a unique fermentation process called Bioreactor Co-Fermentation, which uses ripe fruit and microorganisms. After a 10-12 hour oxidation process, it is transferred to a sealed bioreactor. Starter culture, yeast, and ripe fruit are added, and nitrogen is added to create an oxygen-free environment. During fermentation, temperature, pH, and Brix (sugar content) are meticulously controlled to achieve the desired flavor.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt boasts a vibrant fruitiness reminiscent of passion fruit and lychee, along with a rich sweetness like butter, butterscotch, and caramelization.
