Regarded as some of the best constructed knives in the world his knowledge in forging and care of the craft show in all lines that carry the Fujiwara name. The Western line from master blacksmith Fujiwara is one of our go-to's here at the shop. Large knuckle clearance and great profile make this 195mm gyuto feel like a 240mm cleaver. We use this knife on pretty much everything from garlic slices to watermelon. A small but large knife. And super affordable coming from a true master.
Please note that this knife is not stain resistant and must be kept clean and dry to avoid rusting and oxidation.
