Goko Hamono Kogetsu SK Santoku 180mm

Goko Hamono comes to us from Kashiwa City in Chiba prefecture. It is here that these incredible knives are forged using decades old techniques. 

Incredible edge retention and stainless cladding are our favourite two things here at KNIFE and Goko Hamono has delivered.

This is a new line, named Kogetsu or 'moon fox,' from Goko Hamono featuring SK carbon mono-steel and a classic western handle. 

Please note that while this knife is sold as a 180mm, the blade length may vary by 5mm from knife to knife. 

These knives are not stain resistant and need to be kept dry and clean in order to maintain its natural patina.
