Gedeb Wuri

The Gedeb area is an area in Ethiopia with an environment suitable for coffee production, with coffee being planted on a quarter of the land. By applying slow drying, which takes 12 to 15 days to dry the coffee slowly instead of the usual 8 days, it evens out the moisture in the coffee and creates a complex yet clean flavor. This lot is made up of only ripe cherries that meet the special lot standards.
