FINETIME Coffee Roasters
Owned and operated by Takeshi Kondo, this small cafe and roastery has been serving up specialty lightroast coffee in Kyodo, Setagaya-ku, Tokyo, since 2016.
We roast the highest quality raw beans in a way that brings out the original characteristics of the beans. Experience a new coffee taste with a clean acidity and sweetness like fruit.
We purchase from micromill producers in Central America and from Nordic Approach in South America and Africa. Enjoy a variety of specialty coffees that vary depending on the season.
We use a Diedrich 5kg roaster to bring out the fruity flavor without the bitterness that coffee originally has. We record the roasting profile daily and always strive to roast consistently.
Owner Takeshi is a certified coffee master and Q grader, and won third place in the 2016 Japan Aeropress Championship. We will also give you advice on how to brew, so please feel free to ask us.

The new crop of Jose Martinez, which was very popular last year, has arrived!
Jose Martinez's partner exporter, Calavera, specializes in high quality and has quality inspection rooms at each base, purchasing only coffee that meets strict standards. The Pink Bourbon variety made by Jose is the highest ranking ML (micro lot) among them, with a cupping score of 87 points or more. Calavera's products are always of high quality and we trust them, and this time it was a wonderful product. It is a long-lasting coffee with orange, juicy, apricot, apple, peach, and a solid sweetness and body.
