Hey guys. Hope everyone is having a great start to 2020.
So just a quick note to all of our dear customers, and especially the ones in the East end - we're coming for ya!
As of now, KNIFE is Eastbound. We're having a quiet opening, no hoopla, no DJs or hotdogs, just a nice "come on in."
We've always loved the East side and have been looking for the right spot over the last two years or so. Some have been nice, some have been awful. Offering a 24 hour turnaround sharpening service like ours means that our poor out-of-towners / East enders, etc need to come by the shop twice just for their basic sharpening, and if you know Toronto traffic, that sucks. So here we go, EAST side. More specifically, Leslieville, our favourite area in Toronto outside of our West-end home.
We'll be offering the same stuff, sharpening the same knives and hoping to meet some great new people and see some regular old faces.
Bare with us while the dust settles (oh yeah, there's lots of dust). We'll also be closing on Wednesdays, just for the first year or so to iron out any kinks.
Thank you all for all the love and support you've shown us over the last 11 years We're so grateful to be able to do what we do. We're the new kid on the East side block and we promise to do our best to keep our stay.
