Classes
KNIFE offers weekly knife sharpening and whetstone care classes. Please call or email to book an appointment. Space is limited to 6 people per class.
All classes will cover areas involving pressure, hand position, whetstone maintenance and proper edge angles. We will try our best to customize each class to suit the individual’s needs. No need to bring anything, classes are demonstration style.
Classes are free of charge.
Private Knife Skills / Private Sharpening classes also available. Please email to inquire.
